Kamra had criticized the company’s inadequate service centers and delayed refunds, sparking a heated response from Aggarwal. This incident drew attention to long-standing customer service issues. As a result, the company’s stock, which had already been facing challenges, dropped significantly, leading to a total 43% decline from its peak.
