Bajaj Auto has expanded its electric scooter lineup with the introduction of the Chetak 3501 and 3502 models. Both scooters come equipped with a 3.5kWh battery, delivering a top speed of 73 km/h and an impressive range of 153 km on a single charge.
The Chetak 3501 is priced at ₹1,27,243 and includes an onboard charger, enabling 0 to 80% charging in just 3 hours. On the other hand, the 3502 model is priced at ₹1,20,000 but lacks this feature, taking an additional 25 minutes to achieve the same charge level.
Both models feature a spacious 35-liter under-seat storage area, the largest in their segment, thanks to the innovative floor-mounted battery. They are also equipped with a TFT touchscreen that offers navigation, music control, call handling, remote immobilization, and anti-theft safety features.
The Chetak 3501 and 3502 retain the classic Chetak design while incorporating modern upgrades, such as an 80mm longer seat with a quilted leather appearance, providing enhanced rider comfort.
These new models position Bajaj firmly in the electric scooter market, offering a perfect blend of traditional aesthetics and modern technology.
