YouTuber and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, known as “BeerBiceps,” faced a major cyberattack on September 25, 2024, which resulted in his YouTube channels being hacked. The hackers replaced his content with old streams of Elon Musk and Donald Trump, even altering the channel names to “@Elon.trump.tesla_live2024” and “@Tesla.event.trump_2024.” His videos, including popular podcasts and interviews, were deleted, and the channels were removed by YouTube, displaying a “page not available” message.
Ranveer responded to the incident on Instagram, humorously sharing that he celebrated the hacking with vegan burgers. He posted a picture with the caption, “Is this the end of my YouTube career? Was nice knowing you all.” However, he reassured followers that he is calmly working on the next steps, stating, “No jokes, no PR. Just feeling calm right now.”
This cyberattack highlights the growing risk of hacking in the digital space, even for influential creators like Allahbadia.
