PC Jeweller Ltd., one of India’s prominent jewellery chains, has implemented a 1:10 stock split, with December 16, 2024, set as the record date. This means each existing equity share has been divided into ten, enhancing share affordability and liquidity in the market.
The company has also demonstrated strong financial performance, reporting a 1,430% year-over-year (YoY) revenue surge for Q2 FY25, amounting to ₹505 crore. Profits before tax stood at ₹124 crore, driven by rising consumer demand. Over the first half of FY25, revenue rose 797% YoY to ₹906 crore, highlighting sustained growth.
Additionally, PC Jeweller raised ₹142.82 crore through converting warrants into equity shares, showcasing investor confidence. The company also resolved key issues with its consortium of 14 banks, executing a settlement agreement to manage outstanding liabilities.
This strategic stock split aligns with PC Jeweller’s momentum, making its shares more accessible to retail investors while strengthening market position.
