HAL recently reported a 22% increase in net profit for the second quarter, reaching ₹1,510.4 crore, alongside a 6% year-on-year rise in revenue to ₹5,976.29 crore. Analysts highlight the company’s strong order pipeline, projected at $45 billion, including upcoming contracts for large helicopters and Sukhoi aircraft. Brokerages such as CLSA, Jefferies, and UBS have maintained “buy” ratings, citing HAL’s dominance in aerospace manufacturing and its potential to achieve multi-year double-digit growth in earnings.
The stock has surged approximately 4% in response to these developments, with targets as high as ₹5,500 suggested by analysts. With a strategic focus on defense manufacturing, HAL is positioned for sustained growth.
