A case was filed against Allu Arjun, the theatre owner, and his security team under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for negligence. Authorities cited the lack of adequate safety measures and the unannounced arrival of the actor, which led to chaos. Revathi and her family were caught in the commotion, with both mother and son succumbing to severe injuries during the surge.
The Telangana High Court has granted Allu Arjun interim bail for four weeks, allowing time for further investigation while highlighting the need for stricter safety protocols at public events.

पुलिस ने अल्लू अर्जुन, थिएटर मालिक और उनकी सुरक्षा टीम के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया, जिसमें लापरवाही और सुरक्षा में चूक के आरोप शामिल हैं। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि अल्लू अर्जुन के बिना सूचना दिए पहुंचने और पर्याप्त सुरक्षा उपायों के अभाव में यह हादसा हुआ। रेवती और उनके बेटे को इस भगदड़ में गंभीर चोटें आईं, जिसके बाद उन्हें अस्पताल ले जाया गया, लेकिन रेवती को मृत घोषित कर दिया गया।
तेलंगाना हाई कोर्ट ने अल्लू अर्जुन को चार हफ्ते की अंतरिम जमानत दी है, जिससे जांच आगे बढ़ सके और ऐसे आयोजनों में सुरक्षा उपायों को सख्त किया जा सके।
